TERMS & CONDITIONS
Full payment of £15.00 per video must be made via PayPal before any recording will commence. Please ensure to select the ‘Friends & Family’ option on the PayPal payment page. If you do not select this option, PayPal will take a commission. I will then refund your partial payment, and you will have to make the full payment again.
Please include as much relevant information as possible when completing the above form, as changes cannot be made to the videos once they are recorded, and refunds are not available.
The last filming day will be Nov 23rd, with all videos being sent-out no later than Dec 20th.
The information you provide is totally confidential and will not be shared with any third parties, nor will your video be seen by, or shared with, anyone without your permission.
